Thyristor SCR 600V 126A 3Pin2+Tab D2PAK Tube
This scr thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics acts as a bistable switch and will continue to operate when a voltage is applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 126 A. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This SCR thyristor has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 600 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600 V.
