USB Power SW Hi Side Single 5.5V 1.5A 6Pin SOT-26 T/R

With a small input voltage of 2.7 V and a max of 5.5 V, this will supply sufficient power to your circuit. Its current limit is 1.5 A. This USB powered network switch has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C.
