The is a microprocessor µP reset circuit with power fail comparator in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor µP supervisory circuit monitors power supplies in digital systems. This device significantly improves system reliability and accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components. It provides factory-trimmed VCC reset threshold voltage. A +1.25V threshold detector allows for power-fail warning, low-battery detection or monitoring another power supply.
