Thyristor TRIAC 600V 42A 3Pin3+Tab TO-220AB Tube
By applying a forward-biased voltage to this triac thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics the bistable switch will continue to stay on. This device has a surge current rating of 42 A. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 600 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600 V. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 110 °C.
