The from is a 2.4GHz blue gecko BGM111 Bluetooth smart module. The module integrates next generation wireless SoC with a complete Bluetooth smart software stack and antenna to provide a complete, pre-certified plug and play Bluetooth smart solution. It is targeted for Bluetooth low energy applications where reliable RF, low power consumption and easy application development are key requirements. At +8dBm TX power, BGM111 is ideal for applications requiring short and medium range Bluetooth connectivity. The BGM111 integrates all of the necessary elements required for a Bluetooth application such as Bluetooth low energy radio, software stack, GATT-based profiles and it can also host end user applications which mean no external microcontroller is required in size, price or power constrained devices. It is used in IoT sensors and end devices, commercial, retail, health, wellness, smart phone, tablet and PC accessories.
