The is a small low ON-resistance rON Load Switch with a controlled turn-on. This device contains a P-channel MOSFET that operates over an input voltage range of 1.0 to 3.6V. The switch is controlled by an on/off input ON, which can interface directly with low-voltage control signals. The TPS22901 is available in a space-saving 4-pin DSBGA YFP with 0.4mm pitch. This device is characterized for operation over the free-air temperature range of -40 to 85°C.
