The 438A Time Capsule is an all solid-state timing module rated at 1 ampere for Delay on Make control of any load device. The timing period is controlled by a fixed or variable resistor connected across the center two terminals of the Time Capsule.

*Supplied in Three Timing Ranges:** -1 is adjustable from 0.1-30 seconds. -2 is adjustable from 1-300 seconds. -5 is adjustable from 30-8000 seconds. To use the 438A over its full timing range, a 10 MΩ potentiometer must be connected across the center two terminals. UL/CUL listed. **Additional Voltages:** 438-12, 48 and 230 VAC/VDC, additional time ranges available.
