Thyristor TRIAC 400V 63A 3Pin3+Tab TO-220AB Tube
By triggering a current you can turn this triac thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics on and keep it on by applying a forward-biased voltage. This device has a surge current rating of 63 A. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 400 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 400 V. This SCR thyristor has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 110 °C.
