All holes have been eliminated to prevent entry of small items. The front panel is recessed to help minimize accidental shut-off or unintentional readjustment. Designed to minimize voltage variation from no-load current conditions, thus reducing the need to readjust the output voltage as the load current changes. Much higher currents, up to 10 times the specified rating, can be drawn for a short period of time for surge current applications. These controls can operate up to 2000 Hz with virtually no loss in output current. Meets NAFTA requirements.
