This ac switch triac thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics is a bistable switch, it will conduct when there is a current trigger and continue to be on when there is a forward bias voltage applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 126 A. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging for quick mounting and safe delivery. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 700 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 700 V. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C.
