The is a no polish LC Connector uses a 1-piece, pre-assembled design for enabling fast, on-site termination of 250 and 900µm fibre. This connector uses a simple and reliable field tool for termination of fibre. The LC connector works great in FTTP drop terminations, LAN structured cabling backbone and fibre-to-the-enclosure applications. The splice in the connector can be opened and reused with the included cap lifter to maximize termination yield. The connector has a thermoplastic elastomer, streamlined boot. The fibre holder guides and aligns fibre into the connector with minimal insertion force. The LC compatible connector consists of a factory-polished fibre/ferrule assembly and a mechanical splice that is terminated with a simple field tool. To maximize field installation yield, the splice in the connector can be opened and reused with a cap lifter, which is integrated with dust cap. It is suitable for FTTH/FTTB/CATV and enterprise network.
