The is a 1-channel, 1.3A current limit high side switch IC in 5 pin SSOP package. It is a low ON-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switch optimized for Universal Serial Bus USB applications. BD2268G-M is equipped with the function of over-current detection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout and soft-start. It is mainly used in car accessories, industrial applications.
