RailClamp系列超低电容TVS设计用于保护高速数据接口. 该器件适合用于保护高速数据和传输线路上的敏感元件, 免受ESD 静电放电, CDE 电缆放电, EFT 电力快速瞬变 引起的电压变化. 该器件电容仅为0.50pF 典型值, 引脚1至2, 可用于超过3GHz, 且无信号衰减的电路. 该器件符合IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 ±15kV空气, ±8kV接触放电 ESD抗扰标准. 每个器件可配置为保护1条双向线路或2条单向线路. 适用于空闲有限的电路板应用.
