The is a 5V fixed output low-dropout LDO Linear Regulator designed to provide ultra-low dropout and lower noise in battery powered applications. Using an optimized VIP Vertically integrated PNP process, the device delivers unequaled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs, the dropout voltage is typically 120mV at 50mA load and 7mV at 1mA load. Ground pin current - typically 375µA at 50mA load and 80µA at 1mA load.
