The is a 36V single-supply 10MHz rail-to-rail output Operational Amplifier capable of operating on supplies ranging from +4.5 ±2.25V to +36V ±18V. This latest addition of high-voltage CMOS operational amplifier provides a family of bandwidth, noise and power options to meet the needs of a wide variety of applications. The OPAx172 offers low offset, drift and quiescent current. This device also offers wide bandwidth, fast slew rate and high output current drive capability. Unlike most op-amps, which are specified at only one supply voltage, the OPAx172 family is specified from +4.5 to +36V. Input signals beyond the supply rails do not cause phase reversal. The input can operate 100mV below the negative rail and within 2V of the top rail during normal operation. This Op-amp can operate with full rail-to-rail input 100mV beyond the top rail, but with reduced performance within 2V of the top rail.
