产房、血透、抢救室分为两类

(1)TN在系统中,当火线接地故障发生时,零火线对地短路,断路器跳闸,影响供电的连续性。

(2)任何电气设备由TN系统供电会产生一定的漏电,对员工和操作人员构成威胁。

(3)如果设备漏电流过大,保护断路器动作电流超过漏电流,断路器跳闸,也会影响供电的连续性。

用于移动式和固定式设备的医疗IT系统应采用单相变压器,如果也需要通过IT系统供给三相负荷,则应采用单独的三相变压器供电,其输出电压不应超过250V。

说明:1)不允许直接用三相变压器给所有单相和三相医疗设备一起供电,如果给单相设备供电,势必要引出中性线,这在医疗IT中是不允许的;2)三相变压器线电压不能超过250V;3)医疗场所三相负荷基本是不重要的负荷。

GB 16895.24-2005 Electrical installations in buildings Part 7-710: Requirements for special installations or places - Medical premises Article 710.512.1.6:

Medical IT systems for mobile and stationary equipment should use single-phase transformers, and if it is also necessary to supply three-phase loads through the IT system, a separate three-phase transformer should be used to supply power, and its output voltage should not exceed 250V.

Note: 1) It is not allowed to directly use three-phase transformers to supply power to all single-phase and three-phase medical equipment together, if the single-phase equipment is supplied, it is necessary to lead out the neutral line, which is not allowed in medical IT; 2) the three-phase transformer line voltage cannot exceed 250V; 3) the three-phase load in medical places is basically an unimportant load.
