1,oracle 11.2.0.4,redhat 6.5,gi单节点ASM架构下，CSSD这个过程可能OS REBOOT不能自动重启
原因在于其资源ORA.CSSD的指项 AUTO_START不为ALWAYS
3.通过以下命令修改上述功能
crsctl modify res ora.cssd -attr "AUTO_START=always"
