The is an AC/DC Current Probe designed for use with a variety of oscilloscopes. It is for direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekVPI™ probe interface. Also for use with any instrument with BNC inputs and >100kR input termination. This AC/DC current probe provides sufficient performance to support 50MHz measurement system bandwidth. Also provide excellent accuracy to current levels as low as 10mA, important for meeting today"s challenging current measurement needs.
