Thyristor SCR 600V 420A 3Pin3+Tab TOP Tube
This scr thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics acts as a bistable switch and will continue to operate when a voltage is applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 420 A. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 600 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600 V. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C.
