**Si8234 Isolated Gate Driver**

The Si8220/1 are "opto-input", package and pin compatible single-channel isolated gate driver upgrades to HCPL-3120 and other optically-coupled gate drivers. These devices can connect to optocoupler external input circuits e.g. voltage source and series limiting resistor and offer significant improvements in performance and reliability.
