The is a true 165nA IQ, ultra efficient instant-on boost regulator with 2V UVLO in 10 pin TDFN package. The 165nA is actual current consumed from battery while output is in regulation. The TS3312 steps up input voltages from 2V to 5V to sixteen selectable output voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5V. The device includes two output options, one being an always-on storage output while additional output is an output load switch that is designed to supply burst-on loads in a low duty cycle manner. It operates in discontinuous conduction mode with an on-time proportional to 1/VIN thereby limiting maximum input current by selection of inductor value ensuring input current does not drag down input source. The extremely low quiescent current combined with output load switch make TS3312 an ideal choice for applications where load can be periodically powered from output while being disconnected from output storage capacitor when load is powered off to isolate load"s leakage current.
