The from Products is a low voltage, single supply, SPST CMOS analogue switch in 5 pin SC-70 package. This analogue switch operates from single 2V to 5.5V supply. The MAX4595 is normally closed NC switch. It has 10 ohm maximum on-resistance RON with 1.5ohm maximum RON flatness over the analogue signal range at TA = +25°C when powered from 5V supply. The switch offers low 0.5nA leakage currents and fast switching times less than 40ns. It is used in cellular phones, battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, communications circuits, PCMCIA cards and DSL modems.
