This scr module F1892HD1000 thyristor manufactured from Crydom is a bistable switch, it will conduct when there is a current trigger and continue to be on when there is a forward bias voltage applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 1950 A. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 1000 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 1000 V. This SCR thyristor has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C.
