Overview

The MC9S08QA4 series are members of the cost-effective, high-performance S08 family of 8-bit microcontroller units featuring 1.8 to 3.3-volt operation, on-chip memory, two very low-power stop modes and low-voltage detection with reset or interrupt. The S08 core delivers a 40 MHz core speed and 20 MHz bus speed.

* Internal reference can be trimmed from 31.25 kHz to 39.065 kHz, allowing for 8 MHz to 10 MHz FLL output
