The is a 1.8V fixed output low-dropout LDO Linear Regulator provides low-voltage and high-current output. Utilizing proprietary Super βeta PNP® pass element, the device offers extremely low-dropout LDO typically 410mV at 1A and low ground current typically 11mA at 1A. The device is fully protected with overcurrent limiting, thermal-shutdown and reverse-battery protection.
