This bistable switch scr module thyristor manufactured from Ixys Corporation will turn on when a current is applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 8500 A. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 2000 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 2000 V. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 130 °C.
