The is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch with inverted control inputs in 16 pin NSOIC package. This normally open analogue switch will not latch up if power supplies are disconnected and input signals are still connected. The DG212 has a maximum turn-off time of 500ns and maximum turn-on time of 1000ns. It conducts current in either direction and adds no offset to output signal. The device consumes significantly low power by making it better suited for many applications. It is used in analogue multiplexers, programmable gain amplifiers, automatic test equipments, PBX system, PABX system and sample/hold circuits.
