The is a 2-pin PTC Thermistor with positive temperature coefficient and are primarily intended for overload protection. This PTCCL series thermistor features wide range of trip and non-trip currents from 94mA up to 2A for the trip current. They consist of a naked disk with two tinned brass or copper clad steel leads and are coated with a high temperature silicone coating. The PTC thermistors mounting is suitable for processing on automatic insertion equipment. Ideal for over-temperature/over-load protection.
