The is a quad, +3V logic compatible SPST analogue switch in 16 pin DIP package. This switch is +3V logic compatible when powered from ±15V or +12V supplies. It conducts equally well in either direction and offers low leakage over temperature 2.5nA at +85°C. It is used in test equipment, audio signal routing, data acquisition systems, PBX systems, PABX systems, xDSL modems, sample and hold circuits.
