The is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin DIP package. This analogue switch conducts equally well in either direction. It offers low leakage current over temperature 2.5nA at +85°C. The MAX313 has low power consumption and ESD tolerance greater than 2000V per method 3015.7. It is used in test equipment, audio signal routing, data acquisition system, PBX systems, PABX systems, sample and hold circuits.
