**OSRAM LD260-269 Series IR Emitter Arrays**

The LD 26x series, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are Infrared IR emitting arrays. They consist of between 2 and 10 Miniature package emitters per array, the "x" represents the number of emitters 0 represents 10 emitters. Suitable applications for the IR emitter arrays include; mini photointerrupters, barcode readers, industrial electronics, control and drive circuits, sensor technology and speed controllers.
